Why does it say US version on all models?

Hello, If you buy from us then we provide EU version (not the US version) of the appliance i.e. it uses 220V in 2round pins plug for C type (EU plug type). And the 220v works in UK. The UK's mains electricity supply is 230v to enable compatibility with appliances requiring 220v from Europe and elsewhere.
