I bought this for my small office to hold meetings at. It's a large coffee table but if someone needs to write notes or use a laptop I can raise the top to a comfortable height for them. It's also my place of choice for Teams/Zoom meetings now.It is the perfect match with my Oak office furniture, looks fantastic and seems very sturdy. I am really impressed with this, and it gives a little extra storage.I didn't put it togteher but was around when my partner did and he seemed to find it straight forward enough.I read the reviews carefully before ordering this and compared to other similar products, this seemed the most sturdy. It was a little more expensive than the others but it's definitely worth the extra, I'm very happy.

This coffee table is amazing! We needed a coffee table for our living room, but all that we saw on Ikea and online had a height that was so low that we find it uncomfortable to eat and drink from. It may sound lame for me to say this but this table is a game changer: it can be a usual coffee table with remote controls and books placed on them when we're not eating. When we want to dine in front of the TV we extend it and the food is comfortably positioned below us as we're sat on the sofa.We've had this table for 1 month now and have been nothing but impressed. The mechanism is sturdy and smooth. The finish on the wood means no need for coasters.

Have just put this coffee table together and am really impressed at the quality of the table. Every piece was numbered making it super easy to put together. Like other reviewers have said, having 2 of you makes it easier to put together. Also using an electric screwdriver was very beneficial. Took us just under an hour to go from unassembled in a box to fully assembled and functioning coffee table. Very happy I decided on this coffee table.

The product is cheap quality material.The design instructions have several steps where it is easy for the weight of the build to snap the boards / screws.Once completed, our unit lid / top wouldn’t shut flush with the rest of the table, looking very unsightly.Would recommend giving this a hard pass if you want something that looks attractive, in terms of materials and build quality.

The table pack arrived promptly. However, when I opened the packaging the main table top was quite badly damaged. This was obviously done when it was with the carrier. I contacted the seller and got a response the same afternoon. They offered to send me a new top to which I agreed. There was no point in sending the whole package back when only one item was damaged. The new top duly arrived and I finished assembling the table which was easy. The table is great, exactly what I wanted. Communication with the seller was excellent. No complaints at all. Would use them again.

Ok! so here it is people said don't buy because of certain uses with this table. It does the job for which I bought it. BUT here's the problems , probably due to the manufacture of this the table it looks scratched, the instructions are as bad as reviews says, the top doesn't completely go flat on one end ( not a big issue can't see it ). If I wasn't good with DIY putting the table together would be a nightmare for some. Those that said screw holes in the wrong place probably put it together incorrectly which I found out myself and had to take it apart and start again. Don't over tighten screws that will be why some peoples parts broke. Most flat packs are made of the same material so not a surprise to me. If everything was great rating would be higher. Those higher ratings most have been lucky people. Not a bad table but has it's faults take it or leave it.

Easy to put together, one person possibly but 2 people would be better. Once built its sturdy and works and looks good.
