Case looks like it would work for drops but it doesn’t. Phone fell two feet onto the corner and it completely shattered with the case on.

Love this case. I bought the grey/pink for my new iPhone XS Max and it fits so good on it. I was worried since my phone color is the newer “gold” colored phone that the grey case wouldn’t look right -but then I realized the color of my phone has more gold-grey-pink tints to it and decided to go for it. I’m so glad I did because the grey and pink on the phone case compliment the gold color on my iPhone. The colors look so good on my phone. As other reviews have said the case fits the XS Max perfectly. It does make it a little more bulky, but I suppose your going to get that while using a case that’s going to do a good job keeping your phone safe. For the price and quality of this case you really can’t go wrong.

I used this item for the new iPhone Xs. My wife didn't care for the cover because it made the phone more difficult to use, as compared to using a ballistic glass cover and a back-and-bumper only type of case. She also didn't care for the rubber "flaps" that cover the ports. She and I felt they were poorly designed and implemented.We are going back to other cases from a different manufacturer.Sorry amigos.

he Case is very good but will add some bulk to your phone. The Screen protector is not glass clear so I decide to remove it and it look way better now (See pictures I add).How do I remove the screen protector? Well.. Very carefully stick your nail or a flat small spatula under the screen protector until your nail lift it up. keep doing the same thing all over until all the sides of the screw protector pop up. Do Not Force it! Do it slow so you dont end bending the front plastic protector.

For the price this case is....wow a real steal!! It is slim for starters and not bulky like other cases which is something I absolutely love!!! The case also has small covers for the port for the charger and over the mute button that’s over the volume button!! Keeps out dirt as well as prevents you from accidentally silencing your phone. Really love that!I also like that there’s a cover to go over the front of your phone and that’s hard to find with most cases! You usually have to buy a screen protector that cost $20 and up.**Two month Update**I have dropped my phone in this case and I’ve got to say this case is worth 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!! I was getting out of my car and the phone was in my lap and fell on the asphalt...perfect!Was heading into a client’s garage and it dropped on the concrete floor...perfect!

I just purchased this case and while it seems to be pretty sturdy my only complaint is that the tempered glass cover that I had on my phone seems to get a lot of air pockets since I have begun using this case. I have had to remove the phone from the case several times to press the glass back down only to have it happen again once it's back in the case. I'm afraid that I dropped the phone, the tempered glass wouldn't truly protect it. I'm not sure if I need to purchase a new glass or not but I didn't have this problem with Incipio case. Other than the glass issue, I like the case.

I was sick one evening but still had to feed my family. I took some medication, which left me very drowsy, prepared dinner, put it in the oven at 400 degrees set a timer for 20 minutes, and went to lay down.When the timer went off, I took the food out of the oven, only to find my phone in the oven with the food. My husband took the phone outside because I was terrified that the phone would explode.Needless to say, the phone was fine, still fully functioned after it cooled down. It was a little yellow around the edges of the screen, so I got a new phone. I thank the case for protecting the phone against the heat. It was a little melted and I did purchase a new case, but the case withheld and did its job.Furthermore, I've dropped the phone many times. You know when you drop it, and it lands flat on the screen, and you are afraid to flip it over because you know for sure this time it has shattered? Or when you drop it and it lands on the corner and then bounces to the next corner, and then cartwheels away from you. I've had many of those experiences and it has kept my phone in tip-top shape.Today, it fell down the side of the couch without my knowledge. I went to recline and heard a terrible sound. Well, turns out my phone was stuck in the mechanics of the couch. Don't worry, the phone is fine, but the case is scratched.I was looking around Amazon for a cutesy one, with maybe some glitter, or some flowing liquid, but then came to my senses. I'm too clumsy for a cutesy case (not that this one is ugly).As you can imagine, I would definitely recommend this case. This will be my 4th time purchasing this case in the time that I've had this model. In my defense, one of those purchases was for my husband. :)

Purchased in 2019! and still going strong!Not once have I cracked this phone, and it was super common for me to smash them constantly before.The built-in screen protector kind of bugged me so I just cut it out and it didn’t change the durability of this case at all. I’m upgrading to a 13 now so I’ll miss you little phone case you saved me so much money <3

It certainly protects the phone well but the screen protector is of very poor quality and scratches very very easily. I have barely used my new phone however the back and front of the case is full of irritating scratches/marks which has cheapened the look of a very expensive phone! Screen protection is awful to say the least and for the price I paid for the case is a waste of money as I am looking for a new one already.

Great fit, looks good not too bulky, my only gripe is that the inbuilt screen protector will not last, 2 days in and it’s already showing signs of marks and scratches .... I’ve had 2 of these before for my old Samsung note 8, and after 3 months I could barely see the screen, looking positive after removing the protection, the phone still looks like new, so it has done its job

To all Indian users of the iPhone XS Max, kindly read this. This product is without doubt, the worst case I have ever put on a smartphone. To start of with, its ugly, garrish, a pain to put on your phone and very impractical. Consider alternatives from Otterbox and Lifeproof for rugged XS cases. Or for looks, go for X-Doria or the stock Apple cases. But please, think twice before putting this case. If you’ve spent a lakh+ on a device, spend a little more on a more premium case. Who’s going to stop you? Your wife? Didn’t she leave you a long time ago? Isn’t that why you have so much money?

This is the 4th case of this kind that I have used and they never failed me yet. Does exactly as described. Phones looked exactly as they did 2 years ago when I first bought them. I would recommend a 360 case over any other. Great for protection and pleasing to the eyes. Phone would look great at the end of its lifetime
