For the price, these were great little stocking stuffers. They actually shoot the balls with a fair bit of force, are well made, cute as anything and just a lot of fun -- even my teenage daughter enjoyed hers. It's one piece construction so nothing to break... balls are a little small and easy to use so you might want to buy extras. Overall a great gift.

My three-year-old grandson loved this toy. He laughed and laughed every time he popped the ball out of the doggies mouth!! It warms my heart when I hear a child laugh! :)

My nephew loved this present. Played with it all day. Be careful with the small balls as they could be choking hazards for younger siblings. He liked the pop sound the toy made. Glad it came with so many extra balls as he was wanting to shoot more than retrieve them. Fun toy.

I purchased the dog version of this popper, originally, as a gift for my daughter after a traveling several months ago. She was 8 at the time, and my son was 7. After I looked at it, and saw exactly what it was, I thought "Wow, this is going to be an absolute BLAST" for my kids and for my husband and I. I couldn't wait to get home and have an all out pop ball war... So upon returning home, I immediately purchased several other models of these poppers, bear, moose, pig, etc.. and several additional ball sets in different colors so we could keep them separate. I even purchased one for my daughter's best friend so there wouldn't be any fighting over them, and everyone would have one and could just go at it, having a pop ball fight. I really envisioned this being a massive hoot! My husband and I had the most fun with it I think. The kids played with them initially for a couple days but now no one ever touches them! I'm actually amazed by this as the toy seems to be just so dang fun! My son somehow keeps pushing the little foam balls too deeply into the hole causing us to have to dig them out and once this happens, the balls have small pits that won't allow for the right amount of suction, where they won't pop out right, so they're basically ruined. Really, my two kids, as well as my daughter's best friend, never use them at all anymore, and never really did. They are the kind of kids that like to take all the beanie baby collection (about 100)and have huge throw wars with them with my husband which makes my house look like a beanie massacre occurred, so they are definitely into playing in this manner. So I don't actually get it... But these pop ball toys are not used, and even if I suggest having a pop ball war, they just aren't into it... So I have no idea... I guess this isn't actually a useful review, but I guess I would suggest not doing as I did, buying one of each model and ball sets in every color made, right off the bat. See if they like them first and then...

We bought a few different ones, making sure they had different colored balls. They are so much fun!! My son has severe autism, with a very limited attention span. He also has limited fine motor skills, but could place the balls in the animal poppers' face once I showed him two times! He played with these poppers for a 40 minute span with his brother. World Record!!!! They placed a few laundry basket around the family room and cheered each other on for getting "a basket". If I could I'd give it 10 stars!

These poppers are a lot of fun for our 2 and 4 year olds! The balls are soft enough to not damage anything, but they can pop pretty far and create a lot of giggles in our house. These would make great gifts and could be bundled with a cute drawstring bag to hold the extra balls and complete the gift.

These poppers are cute and pretty well made but hard for my 5 yr. olds to use. The older kids and adults were able to use them pretty easily, but even they couldn't get them to work every time. It took some trial and error. The kids with smaller hands lost interest and gave up fairly quickly. These are a little pricey, so I was a bit disappointed. By the end of the day they were opened, even the older kids lost interest.

I had a bit of a delay with delivery but once I notified the seller, they were really good about getting it worked out. My grandson loves it.
