Must have for replacing golf cart springs

Very well made. Priced too high though.
Tool feels very sturdy and I’m sure it would hold up for many many uses. Makes disassembling clutches on your own very very easy. I don’t see how this cost that much though. It’s a couple pieces of steel, a threaded rod and some hardware. Given four stars for the price. If it was like forty bucks I’d give it five.

Must have for opening clutches on snow/ATVs/UTVs
I bought this after trying to press together the spring in my secondary on my snowmobile to make it much easier as it was a major pain doing it without this tool. With this tool all you do is put the clutch in there tighten it down a bit so you can relieve some pressure on the snapring that holds the clutch together and remove it then loosen the tool releasing the pressure on the spring safely. Made of steel this tool will last a while for anyone doing clutch work

Make sure it fits
Bought this for my 2017 Polaris General 1000. The diameter of the threaded rod is to big for the secondary. I just used a smaller threaded rod and the top part. Worked perfect.

Cost is ridiculous, tool works well.
Its a great tool for what its designed for. My 4 star rating is because of the price, not the tool. I understand making a profit, but this borders on gouging. Its not a complicated piece of machinery. I think EPI could do a little better on pricing, especially for those customers who are buying their products that the tool is needed for in the first place.

Won’t fit secondary on Polaris general
Worked good on the primary clutch but threaded rod too big for secondary.

works for 2015 rzr 1000xp
Used this tool to remove my secondary and primary clutch spring on my 2015 rzr 1000, sure there are nicer spring compressor but this one does the job just fine and for half the cost

Over Priced but works
Over priced for what it is but does its job perfect. For that reason I give it 3/5 stars. Shouldnt be anymore than $30 IMO
