These are awesome. Swanson is my favorite brand hands down and these are no exception. The milk test isn’t appropriate for all probiotics because not all strains work the same way, but for lactobacilli you can do the milk test. I did it for one of those capsules and it had completely turned it to yogurt within 24 hours. I’ll buy these again and again.
