It's a phone cord - or two!
Phone cords.... there are two of them... not many people use phones that require cords anymore, but we do at my work. Yes the plastic knobby bits still break off these ancient phone cords requiring replacement. These work fabulously as a replacement. I was able to replace the one on my phone and one of the receptionist's phone for a very reasonable price. The length is perfect for your standard office phone.

Usable Length is Much Shorter
The media could not be loaded. I included a video showing what I believe to be the practical range of the phone cord.I was torn as to whether to give this 5 stars for meeting my personal needs or 3 stars for (what I feel could be considered as) misrepresenting the usable length of the cord. I split the difference and gave it a 4.For those interested, the phone detangler that I mention at the end of the video is marketed under the Uvital brand. You can do a search or use this link (if Amazon doesn't otherwise censor it):https://amazon.com/gp/product/B07423KW3VEDIT: On a lark, I tried to stretch the cord as far as I could. It reached 11-1/2 feet. I could probably have pulled it even tighter to eke out the last 6 inches, but I was worried that I would permanently damage the cord. As it turned out, stretching it to 11-1/2 feet did indeed change the cord. It has permanently slackened. I can very comfortably use it at 6 feet now. The cord itself is not as "springy" or as tightly coiled as it once was, so I'm not sure that net result of stretching it out was a good thing or a bad thing.

Great length
Good cords so that the phone doesn't fall of of the counter if you move 2 feet away!!

Cables for a phone?!?
After a couple emails asking for my feedback my thoughts are finally at a point in which I can construct an unbiased opinion based upon real world experience. It all started back in 1988, long after the invention of the telephone, I was born into an age in which comunication is essential. You want to order a pizza, call someone. About to jump off a bridge? Pick up the phone and call a hotline. Anything you can think of, the possibilities are endless. I have fond memories of getting calls from wrong numbers and calling family members to invite them to various events like barmitzvahs or the rare intervention. Our phone was on a wall, you could only talk while standing within 4 feet from the phone. Good thing there was never a fire! 4 feet means nothing to fire, if only I had the 12 feet available now from this seller. Problem solved.Eventually cell phones were invented, now no one uses house phones because like leeches and blood letting they're archaic. However some establishments still use these dinosaurs, these were bought for such a place. When they arrived I said "Hey mom, the phone cables came in for your work." She replied "Thanks."That's the end of this review. Three stars out of five because I like the number three.

I can now pick up the phone at my desk without it snapping to my chin!
Our office updated our phones and the cords were so short, it just about cleared off your desk and hit you in the chin when the phone was answered! Purchased this cord and I can talk without my handset hitting me in the chin! Love the longer cord! Game changer!

Exactly what I needed
I assumed cords were all universal but depending on where you buy from, they are not.. this one was perfect for my work place phones instead of spending a fortune on a technician to come and replace with their parts
