Disappointed. Conflicting instructions.

Can’t believe these reviews are genuine. The paper instructions and on app instructions are conflicting. Doesn’t have ability to search for a wifi network so have to manually key which is suspect. Half hour in of trying various different things I’m still not connected to home wifi, let alone configured Alexa sync. Disappointed

i was always having issues with shortage of sockets in my office as I have many equipment to charge up such as: iPhone, iPad, wireless headphones, air freshener, power bank, etc......this extension is perfect to suit for my requirements.
