Melissa & Doug Blossom Bright Sprinkler

I love this sprinkler. I just ordered it last week and I've used it already to water the lawn. I originally bought it for my twin girls to use when they're old enough to run through it. But for now it's a great sprinkler to water the lawn, and so much cuter than a bland yard sprinkler! The whole product, including the flowers, are made out of a soft yet durable material so when children do play with it, and if they were to trip on it, there wouldn't be any pointy hard plastic sticking out. When you turn the water on, the bottom of this sprinkler fills with water so that it is weighted and will not tip over. I also like that I can control the height of the water by simply turning the water pressure up or down, and it could be as small as a trickle to as high as six feet in the air. I would definitely recommend this product: made well, useful, and oh so adorable!

This is adorable! I ordered this (along with the Melissa & Doug Butterfly Tunnel, which was also a big hit!) for my niece's 1st birthday. I got the tunnel because the party was at a park with a splash-pad, so I knew this would not get used immediately. However, it went great with the "splash" theme of the party and it is oh-so-cute! The flowers and their stems are flexible and a softer construction, which was what had me sold on it. No worry about someone coming crying into the house after they've hurt their foot on the sprinkler even bonked their head on it (who knows how they might do that, but they might!). This one is perfect for leaping over and racing through, it's cheerful and adorable, and it's as safe as a sprinkler can be. This coming summer my niece will be 2 and really the right age to enjoy running through the sprinkler on her own, and I'm hoping for some really fun days and adorable photos with this cute little activity-maker. I would definitely buy this again!

This is a simple, fun toy. It attaches to a regular garden hose, and the water pressure/height of the fountain is determined by how you adjust your water faucet (this may seem obvious, but just trying to clarify for anyone who might be confused by other reviews). With your faucet turned all the way up, this sprinkler is a geyser! It is made of a pliable rubber, so it's safe for kids to play around and not get hurt if someone slips into it or falls on it. It also seems very durable. My kids, ages 2 and 4, and their friends, really enjoy this sprinkler.

Summer must have! This is so fun in the summer for the kids to jump through the sprinklers. My kids also like to stick it under the trampoline and have a lot of water fun that way. It’s really good quality and has lasted multiple summers with my family.

I bought this last year for my two-year-old and older baby. My older daughter loved jumping through the streams, and the younger would crawl around and put her hands in the streams while laughing. They had a ball. This year, with a three-year-old and a toddler, the fun continues. It's a great way to get them out of the house and have fun while I can sit in a chair and read. You can control the height of the streams by increasing or decreasing the water pressure you send through the hose. The flowers are soft rubber, so they don't stub their toes, and it's the perfect size for taking to another part of the yard easily. However, it doesn't rotate or anything, so large puddles will form where the streams land. Therefore, it wouldn't be good for watering the lawn, but it's awesome for summer fun.

Two worm heads do not work. But I am keeping it because it’s for under 1 year old babies.

At first I was going to give this one star. Like the others said, it only went up about 2 feet. My 2 and 3 year olds liked it ok, but it wasn't performing as expected. I read through a bunch of both positive and negative reviews, and decided to try it on the hose line in the front. Voila! Six feet plus in the air. I'm not technical and I'm not really interested in finding out why it didn't work as well in the backyard. I will say in the back, we have two 50ft hoses connected together, and one of those is on a hose reel and then has to travel up to our back deck to use. Could be distance or just poor water pressure in the back. In the front, we have one hose and it's not on a reel and it's level from the water spout to where we put sprinkler in the yard. So, for us it works great both ways, it definitely is not defective. I have pictures of it attached in both the front and back; I'll try to see how I can add them here.

This sprinkler is adorable, and so fun. THe little flowers are flexible and rubber, so if your child bumps into it there would be no pain. The water shoots out of all the flowers evenly and you can turn the water valve open or closed more to get the water to shoot high or low... we like to go with medium pressure, otherwise with good water pressure the water shoots high up. It reminds me of a fountain you would see in the middle of a park... I sometimes put it in the center of the baby pool so it is like a fountain.

The little girls love the design and I like that it seems very durable and will stand up to lots of use.

I bought a blow up sprinkler before. Broke in 45 minutes. This is 100% durable and kids have just as much fun. Fantastic. And I like that it's a gentle medium spray - doesn't spray all over my deck and isn't too intense for young kids.

I was very pleased with the service I received. This item arrived in a very timely fashion and although we have not had the occasion to use it yet, it appears to be of sturdy construction that will provide hours of fun in the sun!

The grandkids have a blast with this and because it is so malleable, no hurt feet.
