It's a great concept I'm sure some company somewhere executes this idea well. But here, the fabric is made of a very cheap material and it started to fray shortly after installation. The metal tracks upon which they "slide" (even after some WD40) don't work well- which led to some of the fraying.I wouldn't buy this again or recommend it.It's a $100 bummer.

Easy to install, some screw holes not tapped correctly, and sliding from track to track is rough.
These definitely look sharp when they're hung up, although the middle screw is waaaay too long and sticks up. I'll probably have to clip that so it looks better. So how do they work? Great when you're sliding from left to right (or opening up to let the sun in). Not so much if you're sliding to the left (or closing them). The panels get stuck on the inside of the telescoping rail which can be very frustrating. I think if they used better rollers that would prevent this...or a set the smaller "rail" inside to have a beveled edge and not be 90 degrees. As it is there is no way to prevent this that I can see.Installation was pretty easy, with only one hang up on the assembly. The screw holes weren't correctly tapped so the screw would barely start on two of the L-brackets. I had to re-tap these and then I was able to fully seat the screws. All in all I don't see these holding up on our back patio door due to the weird hitching while closing the panels. If we can get a year out of them we'll be lucky, which for $100 that's not good enough in my opinion.

I am very conflicted with this review. The product is nice looking in a tropical/minimalist way. The panals are very thin and feel like a fiber woven paper product. It does hold up with use. The issue I had was the hardware for the installation. I hung the sliding bar from the ceiling. The hardware was inadequate to say the least. The screws were too short to engage the anchors and the sliding bar would not stay attached. Finally drove the 22 miles round trip to get better anchors with the correct screws. Frustrating. Still have another one of these to put up and I am loathing it. Update: the better hardware made getting the sliding rod easier this time but the panels are still difficult to get to hang straight. Finally realized that the panel was cut wrong and was not plumb. I repositioned to panel at the top where it attaches with velcro. I made one side higher than the other side so it would hang correctly. Get someone to help hold. Lightweight but not easy to work with.

Panels bind in track and do not slide - DON'T BUY!
We bought two fo these and daisy chained them together. At first they worked poorly requiring a lot of fussing to get them to slide in the track, but ultimately they became so difficult to move that it was impossible to move the panels using the attached rods and you had to reach all the way up to the panel holders and jiggle them along. They would still bind, and this often caused damage to the otherwise nice looking panels. If you're thinking - but I don't need to daisy chain two sets together, one is all I need - then consider this. The adustable length of the track is made up of having two different sizes of track where one nests inside the other enabling them to telescope to fit various widths. Sounds good, right? Nope. When the little plastic wheels that ride inside the track meet up with the point where where the telescoping tracking transitions from the larger track to the smaller one, they have to "jump the curb" to make it into the smaller section. This applies even if you don't daisy chain multiple sections together. End result, the little wheels bind up and wont make the jump. At first they will, but every time they hit that curb the little plastic wheels get a bit more worn out. It won't be long before they're too rough to make the jump.We took these down, saved the panels, and put up much nice and less expensive Ikea panels. Those don't have a jump where one section of track meets the next, and the difference in how smooth they panels move is like night and day!Save yourself some money and a boat load of hassle. Go get the much better designed and actually less expensive Ikea solution!

Very cheap quality
I had a one from JCP for years and it broke. When I bought this one I was expecting similar quality because it was more expensive than the one I had. To my disappointment it is a very poor quality for the price. Not happy with it and looking for a suitable replacement equivalent to the one I had.

Cheap looking blinds
These are among the least expensive for a reason. No valance is included, there is no way to adjust the brackets closer to or farther from the wall, because the panels attach in pairs and share a track it's hard to slide them without them crashing into each other. They don't open sequentially so you have to slide one side, then the other. The overall appearance is cheap and unappealing. These might be okay for someones starter home, or if you were renting and didn't want to spend a lot but if you want something with substance stay away from this one. Update: Throwing these out, they look junky and work even worse. Complete waste of money.

Adjustable panel length works great for dog door in sliding glass door
Fairly easy to install, however had to use a different bolt because the three bracket bolts did not seem to be the correct size/thread as the bracket. The panels are thinner than I expected, but seem to work fine.

Lightweight, Doesn't slide smoothly, Has a nice look to it
A couple of things bother me about these sliding panels. The panels do not slide very well, somehow they get stuck halfway over and I have to mess with them to get them to slide over. The other thing is that because the metal trim pieces have no weigh to them, when the a/c vent blows on them the metal trim pieces clang together until the a/c shuts off. I'm wondering if they had additional weight at the bottom that this would be eliminated. They look nice, however.

Initially, I thought these were perfect. Now after being up and used for about 3 weeks, I don't think I'm as impressed. The edges are fraying. I've had to put some clear glue on them to try and prevent further damage and unraveling. I would suggest that some type of binder be put on the edges to protect them and to keep the product pristine - especially after only three weeks of use. Disappointed now. Too delicate for gently average use on a patio door. Price was right, look was right but product doesn't hold up to actual use.
