Ridiculous cost, but unless you want to install a whole new unit you are trapped into it. When is congress going to step up and stop the planned obsolescence and save consumers time, effort and $$???

Considered replacing my bath fan which required a different size cut out. But this was so much easier. Simply replace what's broken which in my case was the fan motor.

No problems, works as intended to replace the failing original one. No problems installing.

Our bathroom exhaust fan motor started squealing and quit working altogether. We opted to order this in hopes that it really was universal and fit our 1965 built home!It was a great fit and my husband had it installed in no time at all. We went from a terrible noise to just the normal bathroom fan noise. So much more reasonable than getting a whole new set up and way cheaper than calling a repair man!I would recommend this product!

Quick installation to replace an older 50 cfm motor/fan unit that wasn’t working well enough in bathroom—too much humidity. This unit is 70 cfm and is doing a better job of clearing odors and humidity. I’m not very handy and swapping out the old for the new was quick and easy.

Nut was not included

This is a nice product, perfectly replace my old bathroom fan, very easy to install. Only thing I don't like the shipment was so slow. It was scheduled to deliver in a week when I placed the order, however, it delay again and again, it finally took more than two weeks to arrive!!!
