Excellent Read! For anyone new to Project Finance and who needs an understanding of the basics in order to comprehend more complex structures, this book is a must-read! It assumes no prior knowledge of finance and defines terms in its simplest form. It also adds a legal touch to its description of concepts. I had to buy the book as I cross-registered for a course on Infrastructure Finance at the Harvard Kennedy School. As an LL.M. candidate at the Harvard Law School, the book helped my understanding of the advanced concepts in the course. I worked in a top law firm's Power and Infrastructure Practice for a year, but my understanding of project finance concepts has been greatly enhanced.

I am working in PPP project. I can get all information which I want from this book. It can be applicable in real work. Really good and recommended.

I have a lot of this kind of texts in Japanese. In this field, almost of all of the technical terms come from English and do not translated in Japanese. Therefore, reading this kind of text in English will support to understand the terms and principle of the project finance.

Everyone knows that this is the must have book for any one involved project finance deals. The author is explaining complex issues in a simple and straightforward manner. It has been my reference since the day I start working as a junior and it’s still my reference now.

While there is nothing wrong with the content, it is a great pity that the poor binding of the book means that the pages fall out of the book one by one.
