Orbit 91207 3-Valve Preassembled Manifold, Poly Pipe

I’m not a fan of Orbit brand but the manifold system is something they have gotten right and I’ve installed 8-10 units of from one to 5 valves. The built in unions, 1” size with 3/4” adapters and variety of pvc/poly fittings provide decent value. The beauty of the design is it is easy to configure with valves facing opposite direction or even put a valve on the end of the manifold. People complain about leaks but if you pay attention to getting the pipes aligned with minimum side stress on the fittings it works fine. I’ve used manifolds from other brands which have been okay but I like the thicker o-rings and larger bearing surfaces of the Orbit unions. The included valves are the usual Orbit rubbish which may or may not last or work well. I’ve had their solenoids and valves fail within weeks and I’ve had them go years without a problem. When they fail just replace with Hunter valves and never have to bother with it again unless you have dirty water.

Purchased many of these. Always easy install with no leaks.

I've had to install, then reinstall 12 zones in my landscape, fully self-taught. These made it easy and saved me dozens of "well THIS fitting didn't work" trips to the hardware store. With fittings to connect to poly lines or PVC and off-the-shelf connectors for adding whatever you want, sorry construction, and simple troubleshooting, these are worth the $$. Just be sure to install drains to protect these from freezing--they're pretty tough but I killed one manifold in last winter's deep freeze.

It works great with other orbit parts, easy to install. only drawback is no drain on valve to purge the air at start up or empty the remaining water at end of season, BTW I live in MT.

This header fit great for my need. It is lightweight yet stout. There were zero leaks after I put it together.

If you truly want to have irrigation that you can control on your phone with an app there is no better system than this orbit system. These are well made and are easy to put together and install.

The heavy duty PVC is easier to install and than the more costly commercial parts on the market again.Having installed hundreds of irrigation systems over the years, I only go to Orbit now.

Excellent value i think, there was one from another seller on here for 3 bucks cheaper but it did not seem to include all the fittings for 3/4", 1" glued joints or even 3/4" barbed joints. Product was so simple to install, glued and wired it in and it worked right out of the gate. The big box stores the had same product but was $35 more expensive and exactly the same thing.Just installed a few days ago and so far am very happy with the price quality and function of the manifold, worked perfectly for my setup.Oh yeah delivery was astonishingly fast. I received it a week before it said it was back in stock, no prime and 2 business day delivery, I had the irrigation system installed 2 weeks before i thought i would have all the parts even.

Bought this to replace an old orbit manifold. Directions were mostly geared toward PVC pipe so they were a bit confusing. I bought this specifically because it came with the poly pipe adapters for my system. Easy to set up even with the unclear directions for poly pipe. I had to buy an 3/4 extra poly pipe adapter piece at the store because it only came with 3 (one for each valve). If your water supply line to the system is also poly pipe you will need a 4th adapter- not a big deal, just an extra trip to the store. It did come with the correct fitting to add the 4th adapter to the manifold so that was nice.

This is a high-quality sprinkler manifold kit. All of the fittings have o-rings and can simply be tightened by hand. It creates a neat-looking, compact manifold system for controlling water output to your in-ground sprinkler system. You can buy in-ground boxes, or mount it to the side of a building for easy access.However, you probably will not need all of the fittings that come in this kit, and it might be more cost-effective to order only what you need individually.
