A bit expensive (but the current shortage has driven up prices everywhere).Very tasty and chunky, like CB used to be, not the dog food like stuff you get in some stores (when you can find it).Just a bit on the juicy, fatty side, and a bit of connective tissue, but really great taste and texture.Wonderful for making hash or making a beefy gravy..
