Ordered 2 stools this one and another in blue, the blue one did not come with a gas lift or instructions and had different hardware for the install. A week of back and forth and I had a new gas lift sent to my door step. Quality is great going to buy 2 more.

We ordered four of these chairs at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon. The promised delivery date was the following Thursday (six days after order received.) Instead, the chairs were delivered on Sunday at noon, less than 48 hours after they were ordered. The chairs came two to a box and each box was easily carried by one person. Assembly was simple and took about 15 minutes for the first chair, then about 5 minutes each for subsequent chairs (once the assembly pattern was understood.) The slate color is exactly what we wanted and the chairs are very comfortable. Based on initial inspection and use, the chairs are well made, feel substantial and the gas operated height adjustment mechanism works very well. The imitation leather feels good and appears to be of durable material. The footrest seems to be in a good position to feel comfortable for most people. On balance, the quality of these chairs seems high, especially when compared to the price, making them an excellent overall value.

I love the stools and how they look at my kitchen bar. Packaging was great and nothing was missing or damaged. They were easy to assemble. Took maybe 30 mins to finish them all and I bought 3. I think they are true to color (slate). I had only received 2 boxes for 3 stools so I thought I was missing one. When I reached out to Zuri, they were responsive and very helpful in clearing things up. Would order again.

My wife bought these a while ago and I had to assemble them. Nice engineering and comfortable chairs. I'm giving them 5 stars because we misplaced the hardware for one of the chairs. After notifying Amazon, the company immediately sent replacements without any hassle. You can't beat that: especially during this time time of year. I would definitely buy again.

I liked everything from the box to my kitchen, easy to assembly and it’s sturdy for my kids to sit on and eat while swiveling around! All in perfect condition!

I bought two of these for my kitchen counter. They came quickly and were no more than 5 minutes to assemble each. It took more time to get them out of the packaging. Unfortunately, one of the bases had a couple of dings in the stainless finish. I contacted the vendor and they were quick to reply that they would send me a replacement base. Great customer service and a very nice chair. Everyone who has sat in it say that they find it very comfortable. It is easy to raise and lower and looks like a quality piece of furniture. We didn't want to put something that looked cheap in our brand new remodeled kitchen and this fits the bill.
