Coleman Powersports CG3500i-A Generator

I'm from the northeast, and my family has had a generator for years as a backup for the inevitable snow storms. This generator came exactly as described. It's lighter than I anticipated, small, clean, and modern. Volume is hard for me to honestly compare as the generator I'm used to is a raging beast, and I expect anything new to be softer.

Purchased to use with our Fifth wheel camper. Haven't really used it to full potential yet. Haven't been camping. It is constructed well, is a bit heavier than expected, but we think it will serve us well. We have now used the generator several times and we couldn't be happier, lots of power .

Extremely quiet,powers 35 pound 2200 watt jackhammer effortlessly, I have a 4600 watt champion generator that works harder for the same hammer with 10 times the noise.

Excelente generador

Overall it is a good generator for the price. It does what it says it will do, and is even good for charging smaller things if you need. I also like how it comes with jumper cables which can be helpful in emergency situations. The only downsides are that it is heavier than some other generators i have used in the past, but still manageable, and it is also not extra quiet. It was definitely louder than i would expect from something that is advertised to be extra quiet. Also the instructions were vague in some places, like with how much oil you need and it was a wild goose chase to find the oil requirements, but once you get that figured out then it should be smooth sailing. So if you are looking for a good mid-priced generator, this one will get the job done.
