Q: Is the tray 100% wood/bamboo, inlcuding the flat, bottom surface?

NOPE! i just got on here to write a review that the WHOLE tray is NOT made of bamboo, just the frame and the legs. completely misleading product

Q: Does the 19.5" include the width of the legs when open?

with the legs open, the width is 22 inches

Q: Are these trays stackable when the legs are folded in?

Yes u can stack the trays n store them in tight space.The legs fold in.

Q: How deep is the lip around the edge? Working on a project and a measurement would be helpful! Thanks
