I really like these vitamins but I think I will get the lower dose next time. These 500 mg tabs are large and that is a problem, as they break apart in this big bottle. It makes it difficult to know exactly how much you are taking when you have to piece the tablets together. But other that that, I love the flavor and it is such an easy way to take large doses of vitamin C.

The bottle I received does not look like the one that is pictured. The bottle I received was a little taller and white. But the Vitamin C tablets are easily chewable, and while they are tart, I find that when I am regularly taking them I get sick less often. They are big, probably an inch in diameter at least, so you should expect that.

500 chewables are the best dose, any higher and body just excetes, does not utilize. Really like the tart taste.

I can eat this until I am sick! They are very very good! Check the GNC website before buying, sometimes their sales are a much better deal.

A different company used to make chewable vitamin C just like this when I was a kid, but they discontinued them - I guess since not many people like the sour/tart taste. But I absolutely love it, and I am so happy that I found these! I noticed I get sick less often and feel better too. I highly recommend.
