Essential Songwriter's Rhyming Dictionary: Pocket Size Book

I bought like 6 this book I have 2 and the rest I got them for my classmates and friend, every time they come to me for criticism of their lyric or give them like a suggestion to edit the song, I tell them get This book. I been using this rhyming dictionary since I started to write lyrics. I love it, best purchase ever, I have other book like these as well, like music dictionary, orchestration, music notation and many more. These book help a lot for school as well.

I’m writing a witch series and need to write spells. This book is a life saver! I’m not writing songs, but this book makes writing rhyming spells so easy.

The book is a smaller book, so when you're flipping through the pages, they will have a strong tendency to flip back and to close. That is perhaps the only con I can mention.The book is amazing and very resourceful to find a rhyme for writing songs, poems, and other literature works. Personally, I use it to write songs and it really does help speed up the writing and proofing process. Bought one for myself, and one as a gift for a friend. Would recommend as a small gift for a birthday or Christmas too.

Easy to navigate and use.

Bought 2 so I could gift one to a friend. I already had bought 1 for my daughter. Everyone loves the book.

Pretty good, and found several good rhymes, but beware there are many words missing. Obviously it is to be expected that it would not possibly have every word in this small of a book. Just as an example, I was trying to write a religious song and there was no listing for rhymes with "salvation". So I thought of many rhyming words on my own but wanted more, and none of these were in there either (temptation, salvation, foundation, celebration, etc). Internet search is more complete, but it is handy to have this book at your fingertips if your word is in there.

This book is great for anyone who, like me, wants to broaden their lyrical finesse when writing songs or books for children.

There's not much to add because the title really does say it all. This book is essential for a songwriter or poet, and it has helped me improve the quality of my work.Further, it is a handy size - big enough to have a lot of content, yet small enough not to be cumbersome to carry around - and I take it on all my road trips.If I were to improve it at all, I might add a few blank pages at the end for notes for those times when there's nothing else handy to write on.If you are a serious songwriter or poet, quit screwing around and get one TODAY!

The book is pocket size as mentioned but very useful and easy to use.
