No English instructions. Units don't retain power had to charge again the second time of usage. Am now getting a sharp painfull stinging from ab and arm pads. Now all in the bin.

I like the idea a lot, personal workout for someone who can't simply go to the gym. The products work generally well, there are different strengths on each of 6 different vibration settings - so there is a lot of choice!It feels well made, although my biggest problem (which I will elaborate on afterwards) is that the underside of the device is perhaps not as well sealed as it could be... What I mean by this is, I am unable to use the stomach/leg one, because the electricity doesn't actually reach the gel pads, it passes through the bottom of the strip onto a small focused point of skin (which is quite painful). The 2 arm pads work fine though.I think that the idea is good, but there needs some work done - the gel pads lose their stick after only a little use (despite being kept in cleanly).

Alot of the reviews are not for the item i purchased. Only 1 of the 3 pods worked and that was only for a few minutes even though they had been charged.

Does not work well, shocks your body rather than building muscle, can potentially be very dangerous to anyone with a heart condition, therefore I will not be using again.

Pads fault not transferring proper electrical current from controller to gel bought 3sets all pads no good very disappointed as this would have been a top product otherwise

The product comes with instructions leaflets written in different languages except for English! If you’re selling it in UK send instructions in English!
