Primrose 49cm 4 Tier Log and Oil Jar Effect Cascading Water Feature with White LED Lights Self Contained Fountain

We are delighted with this water feature. We had been looking for a while for just such an addition to our garden. The item was well packed and all arrived in perfect condition. Purchasing this is a committment as it has to be installed carefully and we chose to have a professional Electrician to do this. It took him about an hour and we had an electric source nearby. Now the feature comes on at the touch of a switch and sitting listening to the soft tinkle of the water is very relaxing. Very pleased, thank you.

Pretty much exactly how you see it in the picture a good size and lovely design

Looks great, but seems to leak. I wanted it for indoor. But due to the leaking and continuous searching for leaks after repairs, it's better left outside.

This product should not be for sale on Amazon as all domestic electrical appliances sold in the UK are required to have a BS1363 plug or conversion plug fitted. (With the exception of equipment designed for use with a BS 4573 shaver socket.)

like everything about this water feature

I ordered this directly from Primrose because Amazon was showing no stock, same price. Ordered on Monday morning but only dispatched on Friday. I had emailed Friday morning to ask about delivery! No information from supplier with regard to dispatch until I emailed them. After that I had a tracking number but no info about an actual delivery date.Still the product was worth waiting for. It came in a large box packed in polystyrene. The fountain itself was very easy to set up even though there were no specific instructions for this particular product, just general rather vague instructions for similar types of water features.The time consuming part was finding two mains plugs since it did NOT come with fitted plugs, just bare wires. I have not had to fit a mains plug to anything since the late 1990's! Rather mean of Ambiente not to provide fitted plugs and I believe this is in violation of The Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994. It is recommended to connect it to an RCD, but this is not supplied. If you are buying this, please be certain that you know how to fit the mains plug.Once set up the fountain looks great and quite a lot of water flows through it, much more than my previous Kelkay water feature. It is not dark yet but I think the LED lights will really shine after dark. I think it is a very well made product and considerably less expensive than similar water features. Overall I think it is very good value.
