It's not a book but a poorly written report on why you should not follow blood diet! Total fraud!
The title is misleading! It's not a guide but barely a summary of dr d'Adamo's theory. It's very poorly written in a style of a school report where the author calls the blood diet nonsense and attacks it's logic. However, at the end concludes that hopefully a reader now gets inspired to follow this diet. This book does not make any sense therefore have refunded it. Not useful for those who wish to follow the blood diet at all. Dont buy it. Would have given 0 stars but not possible.

Dietless book.
This book is more like a pamphlet. I read it in about 2 minutes, it is so thin with only 20 pages of large print and not a diet in sight!It is supposed to be by Michael Lawrence but it is all about Dr D`Adamo`s theories. What a waste of £8!!
