Q: Is this solid 14K gold or not? Two reviews said this was not gold and chipped or turned gray.

Glad you asked. This item must just be gold plated as within days it started to fade and chip. Such a shame as really looked lovely

I got it open but couldn’t close it

I just did my best. Eyeball it.

Q: how do you print pictures to fit

We printed the thumbnails of a few pictures on our photo printer at home. We were able to fit about 10 to a page, and then traced the clear plastic heart around a few to see what we could fit into the locket.
