The products (5 stone pads with 5 bags) were packed neat and nicely. The pads aren't shiny, instead they look like old stones with dusty white veins. But I read that's how genuine bian stones look like and they will get shinier after every use. The pads are sturdy and feel nice when using on muscles, especially around the spine and neck area.
