You won't get burnt or rough cuts from this bit. Very good quality as expected with whiteside.

This router bit worked as advertised and extremely well throughout my project. The carbide edge is like new after hours of cutting in both hard and soft woods. Priced right.

So I initially not happy because the cutting edge didn’t go all the way to the bearing… so if you have a thin template you can only cut about a 1/16” before stopping to trim the “lip” formed between the bearing and the cutting edge. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. Until the thing just snapped in half! I was routing an existing cavity slightly larger and wasn’t using much pressure. Maybe I just got a defective one, but I doubt it. The broken shaft was hollow!

Purchased this to use trim router for cabinet door hinges. Didn't look closely enough at specs. It cut well and clean into red oak but I only wish the 1/4 shaft was a tad longer to work better with my jig template. The shaft is only 1 inch long or about 2.6 cm

Smooth cut, good bearings and very sharp, love it.

I use this to make the really tight cuts using router bits. Sharp bit and accurately machined.Just be sure to take it slow with such a small bit

Bit broke as soon as I started cutting. I've purchased several V groove bits by Amana Tool and really like. Purchased this 1/4" straight bit with top roller bearing and it sucked. Routed no more than 6" on a piece of ACM and the bit broke.

Needed a bit quickly to mortise some bed hardware. None available locally. This shipped overnight and kept me on schedule!

I first and tried the Yonico drill bit. It was very rough and of inferior quality. The Amana was much smoother and did a perfect job. After the Yonico I won't buy Chinese made tools.

Also ich weiß nicht ob ich Ausschuss bekam, aber dieser Fräser hat keine 5cm gefräst, dann waren die kompletten Schneiden abgebrochen. Eine hab ich noch gefunden. Die andere... zum Glück hab ich sie nicht abbekommen. 3mm in der Zustellung bricht der einfach ab... Schrott!

I got this bit to lower the neck pocket of a guitar body. This has a proper stopper for the bearing as opposed to the one stewmac sells which only has a plastic tube.Smooth bearings and a very sharp bit.
