INNOTALK Wireless Headset Compatible with Polycom VVX 101, VVX 201, VVX 301, VVX 311, VVX 401, VVX 411, VVX 501, VVX 601 Phone with Remote Answering Cord(Pioneer)

Hello everyone, I normally don't write reviews on products I purchased. However, this one I had quite an experience.I purchased the InnoTalk wireless headset for work and I used it for about a month and it was great. I could answer the calls while I was away from me desk. That was the whole purpose to the purchase. After about a month the in/Out button on the headset stopped working. First thing I did was troubleshoot it myself, checking the wires and making sure nothing was unplugged. Wires were in placed, so I messaged the seller and told them I've already troubleshoot. Customer Service was very helpful message me back right away and we message throughout the day, couldn't figure out why it wasn't working.So, we looked further into the configuration on my Polycom VVX 600/6001. Customer service notice the firmware was still under the default setting and it needs to upgrade to 6.xxx and the phone was at 5.9xxxxx.So that’s great we found the issue however the default password set on my phone wasn’t working and I’m no IT person. I didn’t know how to upgrade the firmware. I received the link on YouTube to show me how to upgrade but first I needed the password.I watched YouTube videos and one of them was to reset the entire phone configuration to the default setting so I can get the default password.Now this is part where I started to getting fluster, my desk phone stopped working and again I’m no IT person and I didn’t know how to configure the phone back to the original settings. I called my service provider, and they didn’t know how to fix it. I waited a day and call them back. Finally, someone was able to help me on the back end. Reset the configuration and I’ve also asked them to upgrade the firmware on the phone. So, everything was back to normal, and my headset started working again.I was very happy about that; however, I checked the firmware and its still on 5.9xxxx.My overall experience was good, frustrated at first but I was able to get the help I needed.Thank you to all the individuals that was involved. My headset is still working. Yay!!!!

I hated nearly knocking everything off my desk to get to the phone if I was not at my desk and the phone started ringing, so I decided to look into headsets. This one is compatible with our Polycom VVX 311 and it took me a minute to figure out that I had to also change the phone settings, but ALL of the instructions were included and when I slowed down to read them, the phone setup was simple. Now I can go anywhere in the office a day not have to knock stuff over to answer the phone. I like that I can use either the earpiece OR the headset, but with the glasses I wear, the headset is much easier. Counting the small wins daily.

Instructions not the most clear. Watching suggested videos helped, but still needed support to intervene and help to finalize. Happy with this product. It is not as robust as some that I have used, however it does serve the purpose. The ability to work hands free taking lead calls is imperative.

They arrived on time with no damage. Everyone says they can hear me. I can hear them also, unless they are on a speaker phone. Then they cut in and out. My only complaint is that they are loose fitting. It falls off if I use the over ear piece. The head band does not pinch and works pretty good for staying on my head.

This was as advertised. It was pretty straightforward to set up, after I watched the online video they directed me to. The written documentation was not great. I have loved using it so far; my only complaint is that I wish the earpiece was a bit louder.

Hands free is great for work
