Not suitable for my BT make phone For whatever reason it didn’t match the phone plug socket on my BT phone I was very disappointed and ended up buying a new BT phone so I really in all honesty cannot say how good this product is

Bought to extend distance between BT socket and Sky router. Works perfectly

This was an emergency purchase for a friend's mum who is reliant on her home phone and the previous cable had started to cause drop-outs. It also arrived two days earlier than scheduled which was even better!After I spent five minutes untangling it - the main reason why I hate cables being tied up in a figure of eight pattern! - it worked a treat and now she can use her phone again without problems!

This did not work with my phone (BT Freestyle Cordless) because it requires all 4 conductors of the phone socket - and this lead only has 2 conductors. I would suspect this is why one other buyer commented that it was defective. I don't know how common this issue is so it seemed wrong to give this only 1 star, so 3 seems fair? Just check your phone model before you buy. It worked OK with a cheapo spare phone I keep in case of a power cut (when the cordless won't work).

Used to connect new phone to telephone point as cord supplied with new set of phones was not long enough. Arrived before predicted - reasonable price so very pleased.

Good item signal has to be taken in and out as it sometimes goes off like once a month but other than that it's great
