NYX Professional Makeup Makeup Setting Spray, Matte Finish

I absolutely love this marshmallow-scented makeup setting spray! It’s become my go-to, and I use it all the time. It works beautifully on my sensitive skin without causing irritation, and it really helps my makeup stay put, even if I get a little sweaty throughout the day so its quality is top tier! It’s easy to apply and leaves you with the perfect glow! I also love how it extends the wear of my makeup just enough to keep me looking fresh a little longer each day. On top of that, the sweet marshmallow scent makes it feel like a little treat every time I use it. Definitely a must-have for anyone who wants makeup that lasts and feels gentle on the skin!

Works really well for me! I had it on one day and ended up caught in a bad rainstorm as I made my way into work (which is a bit of a walk from my parking spot) and my makeup didn't budge!

This is better than a $30 product from Sephora my daughter gifted me. I will be a repeat customer. No annoying smell and lasts all day!

Pretty good I use it to set in my makeup everyday. Though is says matte it gives me a dewy finish which I am fine with. Definitely helps my makeup stay on longer.

This is my daily setting spray. Before using this product, I was experiencing many issues with setting my full face of daily make-up with products sourced from other brands. This has been my daily go-to for the past 6 months and I will never use an alternative product. It dries quickly, <1min, and has a very faint smell that fades when the product dries. I have applied this product daily for the past 6 months and I still have not run out, so 1 bottle goes a long way. I also spray probably 10 spritzes/day. The product finish on your face is lightweight and feels like nothing, there is no stickiness.

This stuff really works to set your makeup especially in this cold and flu season when we're blowing our noses. The only thing I will say is make sure you either use it before you put your mascara on or cover your eyes before you use it because it can sometimes transfer mascara to your cheeks when you spray it. Easy peasy to overcome

I have combination skin, super oily but can also get dry when I use retinol (but ALWAYS) oily, textured, large pores, acne scarring, acne prone, sensitive skin. My skin get oily within an hour of makeup application so I always buy setting spray in the hopes that it will help. I bought the NYX Matte Setting Spray to see if it would help and this is my honest review. It is a fair price, sprays pretty evenly (occasionally get big globs that spray out but it mostly mists fine), it's odorless, doesn't make my sensitive skin react, doesn't flare up my acne, dries quickly and completely, doesn't leave any noticeable residue behind and feels light on my skin. Did this work for me? No. I didn't notice a difference. There is only ONE setting spray that I have ever used that has shown me results (Charlotte Tilbury). This was just snake oil. My face wasn't any more matte using this and my oily skin still made my makeup cake/smear. I still used the whole bottle clinging to the hope that it was doing something but honestly, I don't think this was it for me. If you have truly oily skin like me, I wouldn't recommend this setting spray for noticeable results.. I'm giving it 3 stars because it didn't cause any problems with my skin, but it also didn't set my makeup or mattify my skin. Hope this helps!
