Perfect for the kids! Great way to make a nice treat to help cool the kids down during the hot summer days. My kids are able to use it even to sell snow cones and make a little extra money. Perfect size, works great, easy to clean, inexpensive, and easy maintain. Not that loud when using it and makes for the perfect texture needed for a perfect snow cone.

Wonderful product. It’s makes fun snocones! It holds enough ice to make about 1 snocone at a time. Although the machine has lots of room to hold plenty of shaved ice, the ice holder can only hold enough to make one at a time. Very cute product. The sno cone cups it comes with are a perfect serving size. I really enjoyed making sno cones for my family. I recommend this product! It’s totally retro looking!

Works great! We loved the snow cones. Bought for my daughter for her birthday. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the cones had pieces of shaved plastic stuck to the cup that got stuck in my snow cones- I’m assuming it’s from the actual cup as they’re white. Thankfully I was the one who had them and not my daughter. It’s definitely not shaved ice but more snow ice which I appreciate. Taste is fine and I can’t really comment on durability as we just tried it for the first time.

This works as it should. We have used it a few times during these hot days. I would recommend ordering the syrups when you order the machine.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this machine for the retro look and it does look great. Color is nice and bright.The machine seems sturdy and is very easy to use. It does work well and quickly, if you let your ice cubes warm up a bit.the shaved ice is the right size, nice thickness and texture.The side door is really convenient but is very hard to open.The machine comes with 2 plastic cups and 1 scooper.Safe to use thanks to the lock mechanism. BUT the side door can be opened while the machine is working which is not safe so i do not recommend kids using it without supervision.Note that the ice cubes need to not be too cold for the machine to work which is a bit annoying but not a show stopper for me. This is actually explained in the manual.The manual also recommends to use the machine 3min and then let it cool down for 5min. Not an issue for me so far as i only made small quantities.
