I bought this because my dog absolutely loves squirrels and these looked like squirrels to me! It's safe to say it has been a big hit! He carries at least one if the squirrels with him everywhere he goes and his new favourite game is when I hide a treat in the middle of the logs and then stuff the holes with squirrels. Really good quality toy that will last a long time. All three squirrels have a really good squeak to them which is very important to my dog. Pictures attached to show the size compared to him (miniature poodle and yes, I know he needs a haircut)... it is quite big but the log squishes down to nothing in my dog's toy box and if I ever manage to get the squirrels off my dog to put them away they are so small they would take up no room at all.

You won’t believe me .... but I bought these and the hedgehogs for my 4yr old 50kg Akita. Yes you read that right and boy do these keep him amused for hours. We used to get children’s teddies from the second hand stores for him but he would usually have bitten its ears off within hours.These however, are great and they squeak which he adores. As yet they are all still intact ...even though I put them in the egg and he pulls them out one by one and runs off to hide them from me !

This gorgeous and colourful. Well made, so no squeakers being eaten out of the toys and swallowed. The chicken house is really smashing, the chicks pop in the holes, but they are in tight.......your baby has to work to get the chicks. So talking of the chicks they are firmer than I expected, but not quite as firm as a tennis ball......They are quite large again a surprise because they would suit a medium sized dog as well as the smaller breeds. My Shih Tzu's love them. Low plush, so no extra fuzz for the little ones to choke on. The only minus i would have given had this not been so well made is.....I bought 2 the chicks and house and another, but despite it coming from Amazon, it was never delivered.....said it had been and had been left with my receptionist......oh I wish. I got a great customer service agent who refunded me and gave me another month on my PRIME. Would have loved the toy and don't understand why they weren't sent out together.

It's a great concept puzzle and she loved it. But just one evening and she's already chewed through it. Don't expect them to last but one night is not acceptable. Especially when I had to tease a bit out which she bit off and almost choked. Such a shame given the good reviews.

Initially I thought this was expensive for a dog's toy which would probably be destroyed in days. But I am very pleasantly surprised. It's very well made with soft, quality materials. All the edges are bound on the log and the little squirrels are so well made they seem to be indestructible, neither teeth not claws have done any damage - yet. Our dog really loves it and we tuck small treats inside which keeps him busy for ages. Excellent value!

My dog loves this product, the reason I gave it only 3 stars is because the stitching was quite poor on these squirrels. My 6 month pomerian bit off the ear within the first 2 hours luckily we found it & he hadn’t swallowed it !!! I re-stitched all the ears tightly but again found one of the ears missing a month later !!Overall he still loves playing with these but do keep an eye on your dog swallowing any loose stuff like ears comin off.2nd time we lost the ear we haven’t found it so I’m praying our dog has not swallowed it !!!!But if a hazard toys with the stitching not correctly done. But like I said our puppy does enjoy playing witj the item.I would recommend you buy at your own risk but be viligant wen pup or dog are playing with it.

My 1 year old Dachshund cross(this was her 1st birthday pressie) loves this as she can burrow to get them out the tree and runs around squeaking the squirrels! I don't know how long it will last as the "log" feels pretty flimsy (it's not padded). The holes seem a little too small for them to come out as pushing them in can be tricky so don't know how well it will last. If your dog likes to destroy toys I wouldn't try this toy. If you have a small dog that isn't a cheer I'd say this is a great enrichment toy to kill boredom.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My dog is mad for these squirrels, he can’t contain how excited he gets over them and he can never decide which one he wants the most.They’ve done very well because he usually chews toys up in minutes so he has to be ‘gentle’.He comes to tell me he wants to play and leads me to where he knows the squirrels are hidden and won’t rest until I ask him if he wants the squirrels... 🙄I’ve patched the chew holes up a few times and they’re still squeezing fine but one has had a leg amputated.Father Christmas knows what is on his list 🎅🏼🐿
