Great, clear sound.
I wanted a hardwired headset, and bought this one based on the avg customer review. The headset worked straight out of the box, no need for either of the two adapters that come with. The sound quality is startlingly clear, and I absolutely recommend them!One note: the Cisco phone base's default is to mute the headset mic, so in order to be heard you simply have to press the headset button on the phone (it'll light up when the mic is live) to be able to use the headset. Meikajia's customer support responded quickly to explain this.

Perfect for easy desk set phone work - too bad the head set has VERY limited fit adjustment
Worked perfectly from moment jack being snapped into headphone jack of desk phone. Dual ear muff works perfectly for cancelling ambient noise in office (allowing caller to be heard clearly) as well as cancelling ambient noise feeding into microphone.EAR MUFFS DO NOT STAY IN PLACE UNLESS HELD BY SAME HANDS NEEDED TO OPERATE A KEYBOARD WHILE LISTENING. Unfortunately, HEADBAND DOES NOT SUFFICIENTLY ADJUST FOR SMALLER/PETIT HEADS (and possibility larger ones, too?).

I got this to see if it could help me be able to work more efficiently. The clarity and connectivity is wonderful. Now I can multitask.

Snapped in a 2 weeks
I have been using MKJ products for my work since about 2018, it was the worst purchase so far. I ordered it about six months ago and started using it just about 7 days ago and it just a snapped from the head piece connection to the earpiece. I think weight distribution due to ear piece is far more on the plastic connector. Not durable. Would not wast my money again on this!

The headphones work great, they’re just very flimsy. I would have preferred something more sturdy, but for the price it is reasonable.

Great sound quality!!
I am hearing impaired and wear bilateral hearing aids and the headset provided by my employer weren't working for me. I just plugged this into the existing phone and immediately the sound quality is better. Life changing when you are on the phone for 8 hours a day!
