Chair is awesome! Stays wherever the massage cycle ends. Great for sleeping! Has a relax setting that stretches you. Great chair for the price.

I got my massage chair just before the holidays. It took about 15 minutes to put together after removing it from its huge box. The directions seemed to be in not-so-great translated Chinese, but it was sufficient to get the job done and all that was needed was a screwdriver. After screwing things together, plugging in the airbags, remote, and chair, I had my first home-based chair massage.The massage this chair is great, especially considering the price. It has several pre-programmed routines, but can be manually programmed as well. The chair does go zero gravity, but at my height (6'2"), I would need a couple more inches of length on the chair to really be more fully straight. After the chair analyzes the size of your body, the chair massages all the way from neck to lower butt. I haven't seen this long of a travel before. It has a seat warmer, leg massager, arm, shoulder, and foot massager. I also like the fact that when the chair is done with the massage that it stays in position so if you fall asleep in it, you don't get woken up. It is also perfectly comfortable to sit in while not being used as a massage chair.So, what keeps it from 5 stars? The worst feature is the foot massager. It is way too strong, so I wear slippers now for the massage. Problem solved. I wish that it massaged the sides of the hip a little more (it does the bottom really well). It is also a tad narrow for a big framed guy like myself in the shoulder area. The arm massager could be better for the area near the elbow and up towards the shoulder. Lastly, I did have to put together the chair to a certain degree. It was easy to do in spite of the directions. Although, clearer directions would give me more confidence that everything is installed correctly and that I use all of the functions properly. Lastly, I would have liked a bigger controller with a more modern interface. There is a slot in the arm rest, but its kinda awkward to keep the remote there while you are getting massaged.So, to sum it all up. I think this chair offers a ton of features at a very low price. There are areas that could be improved, but that is why there are chairs that cost 2-5 times as much. I am so glad I made this purchase!

This massage chair changed our lives. My husband has severe back problems and every night he gets in it for 30 minutes and it works WONDERS! Easy to put together. You will need a bright flashlight and 2 people to help. I am 45 years old, 4'11 and I could help him with no issues. I helped for 10 minutes. Best thing EVER! THANK YOU and I will recommend this chair to everyone I know that has back issues. It literally massages you from head to the toe. My friends have used it at our home and LOVED IT!!!
