Great product for slate seals and protects floor, easy to use and apply. Supplier service was excellent, but delivery company was 3 days late and had to chase.

The slate around the top of my pond & on pathways looked a very pale grey when dry. I had tried many sealers over the years to try & make them look darker but they washed off after a few days. This is the first one that seems to work. The consistency is like skimmed milk, very watery & I needed far less than I bought so will be able to top up if needed for years to come. I followed the instructions, used sparingly, made sure there were no pools left on the surface & it dried quickly. I was worried about the 72 hours it must be kept dry for but after 24 hours took my chances & have had no issues. Yes it is pricy, but I works so far & I can sit on the edge of the raised pond with no transfer onto my clothes, so overall I am very happy.

Super product. Really nice finish. Tried varnish but this failed and we had to wire brush it off. This product does the biz. One 5l tub did sunroom and patio 40m2 with quarter tub left over. We'll worth the money. My advice for slate tiles is use this. Don't try varnish. The bare tiles are difficult to keep clean. This surface will be much easier. Very satisfied.

on the instructions, this mentions ok to use with a sprayer. NDO NOT do this. It needs to be applied very thinly or it bubbles like glue. If painted on with a brush then I believe it to be a fantastic product. Learnt the hard way by destroying 100s2 of patio. :-(((
