Q: What does it mean "does not include hardware"? is it just the clear plastic shield? does it include the black attachments for putting on windshield?

Regretfully, I purchased this item without reading the fine print as well that hardware is not included, as in the black mounting brackets are NOT INCLUDED. On reviewing where to find the brackets, after a lengthy search on eBay, the only option shown is to purchase them directly from Spain at a cost of 76 USD

On holes and no bracket, don't buy
