Ok, with this disc, you need to change computer's bios to have it boot from the disc and not the hard drive as it is likely setup to do. Once you change, save the bios and restart the computer, it will then boot from the CD when the disc is inserted. Simply restart the PC with the disc in and it will load to the disc's main menu.

Q: Will this work with Windows 10

Its pretty generic, I would expect it would work.I've had it work on a Windows 7 and 8

Q: Is this promise to fix any viruses, reboot, and clean-up anything on the hard drive to act like a new computer? And will the system still have the OS?

Do not believe everything you read,it may work but it didn't work for me .
