The scratch off was a sticker, so you write your message and then put the sticker over it. It was easy and fun and worked like a regular scratch off.

I bought these for my kids for Christmas to tell them we're taking a trip to the beach as part of their gift. I put a penny in the envelope to use to scratch them and it worked great. It was a fun and unique way to gift travel. The cards, envelopes and scratcher stickers were well made. Would buy again.
