Great Charger, Great Customer Support
First, Let me start by saying, how ridiculous some of the negative reviews are...They clearly do not know what they should about this product, or didn't read the description. It is stated in the description and on picture, NO MAGNETS, NO METAL OR METAL RINGS, NO CASE THICKER THAN 4MM. As do most other brands of these fast chargers, state the same. NO METAL. Most even have a ‘Foreign Object Detection’ (a.k.a., metal, magnet) chip integrated in them, as does this one apparently. The description also states that the blue light will go out after a few seconds, so as not to disturb sleep. So, please, to the people freely giving out bad reviews because they don’t understand the product, do so after checking the facts and don’t waste our time when we’re trying to read helpful reviews. My review for this charger is that it is a TOP NOTCH CHARGER! Not one complaint, nor negative here. And my reviews are few and far between. I feel, so far, I’ve got my moneys worth. I feel it will hold up well also, but if something should happen, feel certain the company will stand behind their product and issue a replacement. I ‘ve read the reviews and this company has gone out of their way to actually 'REACH OUT' to their customers who have had any complaints. I have already received great support from them simply asking a few questions. So, in reviewing this charger, as of owning it approx. 2 months, I give it a 4, not 5 star ONLY BECAUSE I don't know how it will hold up long term. Although I am not anticipating any problems and its working great thus far, I rarely give reviews this soon after purchasing. I’m really enjoying this charger and only write reviews if I feel I can truly recommend a good product and be of help to someone who needs a decent product.I initially bought this charger for ease of use and convenience. I have severe dexterity problems, so it is sometimes difficult for me to plug in a small charging cord. With this charging pad, all I have to do now, is simply center my phone to the pad, and place phone on top of it. Blue light comes on briefly then goes right back out. This is also as stated in description, blue light goes off after a few seconds. True, some brands the blue stays on. Have read many reviews complaining about light on all night with other brands. Guess that’s personal preference. I don’t want any light on constantly as it’s bothersome to me. But for anyone believing that it quits charging simply because the blue light goes off, THAT IS INCORRECT. If you you guys know where to look, most phones will tell you THEY ARE CHARGING. It's usually right there on the front of the phone, pops up on the screen, and tells you it’s charging and with newer phones, how long it has to go. At the very least, the battery indicator will be animated to show it. Most people don't want a blue light on all night, so this pad turns it off.Tip: Certain phones may require ENABLING FAST CHARGE. If your phone definitely is not charging, or really is charging slowly, as in old time charger slow, there's a setting for that. Check your phone under battery or power settings and make sure 'Fast Wireless Charge' is enabled. If not, it may be charging at the slower standard wireless wattage and rate.I am also a bit of a techie, as I used to work on the computers and network at the company I previously with. I am familiar with electronics and feel I do know a little of what I'm talking about. Also decided on this one because of the 15W output, design and warranty. 15W which should be enough to handle most any common cell phone out there. Some of the capable phones for this charging pad use it at 10W, 7.5W or 5W. Also, just because your phone uses the 10 or 7.5 or 5 wattage instead of 15W, does not mean it is charging at slow standard rates. All three outputs, 5, 7.5, 10, and 15 are all capable of fast charge, as long as your phone is capable and enabled. These are all fast, Qi capable global standards at a different wattage, depending on your device. Find the wattage your device is capable of. This is a strong, powerful charger that has plenty of power to charge any of these supported cell phones. More than likely, if this charger doesn't work for you, then it's an older device not capably integrated or you're doing something incorrectly, i.e., metal on the back of your phone, too thick of a case, or even...‘My phone will not charge because I have a pop socket attached." as stated in one negative review. Come on people, REALLY?As far as getting HOT? Not for me with my two different phones. Have not had this charger get one bit hot. Mine have gotten 'WARM' at most, and warm is not hot. All phones, on any charger will do this. I know Some Samsung phones had a problem with over-heating within last couple of years, but am fairly sure it was determined to be battery issues. i.e., possible bad or worn out battery, older frayed or bad cable, (I’ve definitely had a few thru the years, first thing to check) possibly even too many apps running in the background all of which can cause a phone to overheat. Bluetooth or Wi-Fi running all the time will definitely use up battery and cause overheating. But OVER HEATING ISSUES ARE USUALLY NOT CHARGER RELATED. Could happen if a unit is defective, possibly, but more likely occurs with a cord rather than chargers themselves.I am currently using it to charge a Samsung Galaxy S9 and an iphone XR, both phones are very common, popular and robust phones that take a good bit of power to charge, and this charger, again, does an excellent job and quickly. And yes, I have timed them both a couple of different times, but please don't ask for specs on both, because the phones were at various battery levels when I timed them. I will say the Samsung took 2 Hrs, 50 Min. when at 3% battery power. The iphone XR, I considered to charge very fast also, although I can’t quote the actual time. But impressive. I can tell you, it is a FAST CHARGE, Qi CHARGER for both of my phones! It is definitely a CERTIFIED, (I looked up... 3702 - Andobil - Wireless Charger - Tx - CDRZ32 - July 3, 2018) Qi Inductive Charging Pad, which is now the global standard to wirelessly charge your phones safely and various other small electronics batteries. This technology was developed by The Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) and was established in December 2008. Very interesting and neat people, read up on it here!https://www.wirelesspowerconsortium.com/As a matter of fact, many complaints and or issues related to wireless charging and batteries could probably be found and solved by visiting the above web site and reading up, learning how this stuff works. Able to look up all capable phones and their specs and also help everyone have a better understanding of it this wireless technology.I haven’t experienced my phone slide/come off the charger because of vibration, but I could see potential for that if one had their phone on vibrate mode, as stated in another negative review. Easy fix, turn off vibrate while on charger. Phone would likely vibrate off any charging pad, not just this one.SO, IN SHORT...THIS IS A GREAT CHARGER! Easy and convenient to use, especially if you have limited dexterity or some sort of disability with hands.Fast, Qi charge. True certification, I verified. Seems sturdy, has some heft to it, and well built. Connector fits snugly, feels secure. Stays put, no slide bottom and top. Small and attractive, important, but not as important as performance, which is excellent! Lastly and vital, this company's support is above and beyond. They respond in a very timely manner, polite and well informed. Great to work with. Any company who contacts and reach out to their customers', before their customers contact them, I have to appreciate! Have dealt with too many who ‘Ignore’ their customers if they can’t or don’t want to find a solution. I believe they are on the up and up. Great to see, now days!So yes, I would recommend this charger and am thinking about buying a second one, so we will have one for each phone.

An ideal wireless charging product with one sever failure from its manufacturer
First Impression:Futuristic design. Minimal size. Anti-slip grip. Decent weight to stay put. Solid built quality. Attractive color accent. USB C enabled.Real-life Experience:I observed 50% charge completion in 2 hours time in real life experience while using USB 2.1A power brick. That being said, an iPhone XS may fully charge in just less than 4 hours on any 2.1A charging brick (majority of the user might have the 2.1A charging power adapter at this moment of time).I started charging iPhone XS at 50% at 2:30PM and at 4:30PM, it reached 100% while with the standard protection case put on the iPhone. If you have a QuickCharge enabled power brick or port, the same charge-capacity can be achieve just in about half the time spent charging. The good thing anyone would love it is: it instantly sees the device and begins to charge as soon as you put the phone on it. No more pushing this side or that side to get the charging started. I have used a few products like this and I had some trouble setting in the middle until that sees the device and begins to charge. Not with this unit anymore. It's almost instant. The provided USB-C cable is versatile. You can use that cable to plug into any USB powered device that has USB 2.0 or 3.0. But mind that the Manufacturer warns not to use computer USB port to hookup this device with. This is awkward.Let me elaborate this. The manufacturer strictly warns not to use any 5V/1A stock charger provided with earlier iPhone or any other older phone models. The manufacturer equally warns not to use computer’s USB port to power this unit (probably believing that people might use randomly with computer USB ports outputting 1A.Here this product gets a bit uneasy because I would want my unit to use carefree way when possible where possible. Many of such wireless chargers are made that way or at least developed that way. If I’m taking this unit with me in the trip, I can’t plug it in my computer to charge my phone wirelessly regardless of what output my computer USB port is providing. The manufacturer's warning is not specific on this matter. The biggest flaw or say carelessness from the manufacturer:What I did not like much about this product is that the manufacturer does not include the charging adapter or brick with it even though it does not hesitate to warn mentioning that this unit requires 2.0/3.0A wall adapter for a quick charge. It would have been such a smart way to include an appropriate wall power adapter in the package so that the users of this product did not have to purchase one additionally or worry about finding the right charger that is suitable to this particular unit. For many of us vision challenged, it is not that easy to read the tinny imprints on the charging adapter hoping to find out whether there is 1A or 2A or something else written! You lucky if your found 2A. Otherwise you will begin to get frustrated from that point onward.Instead of spending money on printing warnings letters on the paper or sending emails with warnings, a simple power adapter could have been bundled without loosing a fortune and offering quite a peace of mind to multitudes of users who are not supposed to be fiddling to get the right charger for this unit as one more thing to worry about.Overall, this is a nicely built and attractive product that works as exactly at it is advertised but with one con that you need to be careful finding the right charging adapter that will go with it since the power adapter is not included in this unit. You will have the unit and its charging cable in the package sans the power brick, a critical factor in operating this unit the right way. Still I rate it 4 stars because it deserves that with is amazing aesthetics, quality product feel in touch, shape and size, stays put whatever surface you put on and responds right-away.
