Ordered this product, to take care of simple things around home, without needing to go to a Taylor shop. This package contains everything that i would need to attend to a variety of needs for kids and myself. The job that would take me 20 minutes to complete, was done within 2 minutes, with the help of this package. There are 3 different "threaders" to use and hence, if one does not work you can always use the other one. One of the rare times, when i realize that i got "more than the money's worth" in a product purchase.I had a question about product, and when the seller was contacted, he replied within 12 hours to my enquiry. So, i would rate the customer service as awesome.

The draw string themselves are fine. However the “Easy to use drawstring threader” comes packaged and bent in half. You will never ger it unbent. Which means it won’t thread thru pants and is completely useless.

This item is falsely advertised. The kit I received does not have the Schaller Easy Threader like they show in the images. Instead, they have a smaller generic plastic threading tool that does not seem as durable as the Schaller Easy Threader. Returned.

I had some sweat pants that lost the string. No big deal, the string that came with them was very poor quality. I repaired the pants and several other were updated to this quality drawstring. The Threader worked like a champ.

I effectively fixed the drawstring on my daughter’s personalized cross country/athletic bag as well as on a favorite hoodie of mine. Now I have strings and fasteners any future drawstring disasters I might ever run onto!

Alot of item missing easy 3 easy threader and the strings was a mess when i got it

The product was ok, but the strings weren't long enough and getting the string into the waist ban hole with the provided tool was nearly impossible.

The tool worked perfectly and it was nice to get all of the drawstrings. The only bad part is that on most of the drawstrings, the end caps were too big to thread through the tool.
