I bought a bunch of these 30oz Stainless Steel Tumblers. At first the whole familyloved them, Until It Did Not. The seals started twisting when the lid was put on, nextliquid all over your face and chest. I first contacted Amazon they sent my request toYOUKE OLA STORE REQUESTING HELP WITH REPLACEMENT SEALS, THEYNEVER RESPONDED. THE TUMBLERS ARE NOW USELESS , WE THREW THEM INTHE TRASH.We will be ordering from another company, ALL YOUKE OLA STORE, had to do wassend us replacements seals and everything would have been fine. The seals onlylast a few month before they begin to stretch and begin to bunch up. No Seal.We asked for 20 seals for all of our family's tumblers, this would last around twoyears of replacement of the seals. These seals cost the company around six centsto a high of ten cents for silicone seals made in China.A very cheap price to fix the problem and keep a customer. The actual tumblers aregreat, that is until they leek all over you, in your office suit. Their are better designsout their that never leak, like my Yeti Bottles, they cost allot more but never ever fail.And they actually have great customer service, some times cheap is a bad deal.

I live in the desert so staying hydrated is very important. I bought this tumbler to keep at my desk at work. When I bought it, I had washed and dried it, but it in my lunch bag and took it to work the next day. When I got to work and pulled it out, it had little specs on it. I thought maybe my lunch leaked out of its container but no... overnight, the exterior developed little rust spots. Okay.. no big deal, it's just the outside. The inside was okay. It is still okay. Except the lid doesn't fit right. I've tried adjusting the gasket but no improvement. The lid is so loose that if my finger touches the edge when I pick it up, the lip pops off. I will order a set of replacement lids. If I can find a lid that fits, great... I'll continue to use it. But if I can't find a better lid, this tumbler will be turned into a holder for my ruler, scissors and the like.

Ice melts much faster than name brands like rtic etc. Thinner air pocket between inner and outer steel layers. As a result, the cup is a bit smaller for the same capacity, if that appeals to you. Lid is nice and seals pretty well. Didn't use the metal straw since I prefer plastic. Would have used it if it came with silicone tips.

stays ice cold for hours amazing, keeps hot drinks very hot for hours as well. great item. i would buy again.

These tumblers are fanstatic. They keep mixed drinks and beer very cold, for a very long time. In the mornings, the tumblers still have ice in them!!! Very well insulated. Easy to clean and they should last a long time. Shipment was quick, too!

Does not stay cold 24hrs .

Contacted the company And they told me to buy another type of their brand. Nowhere in their description or even measurements does it say that this is a tapered cup and it is so slightly tapered that you can’t even tell by looking at it but when you go to wrap it nothing works. Very dissatisfied with the customer service

Me encantan, vienen con su popote de acero, la tapa la veo un poquito de baja calidad pero tampoco como para regresar el producto, siento que es algo que no afecta para nada, en general los vasos me gustaron, pienso comprar más!

La pintura es muy delgada por lo que se transparenta el fondo...No se ve un color BLANCO solido.

i bought 4 stainless steal cups and all have rust spots on the out side as show in one of the other reviewers photos not worth buying very poor quality
