Question 1

Does this contain whey protein?

Accepted Answer

No whey. I use it because it is lactose free. Excellent product. Great source of protein. Have it with Almond milk, p-butter and a banana every morning.

Question 3

What's with the fructose?

Accepted Answer

HFCS is the "bad" sugar, NOT fructose. It's a major component sugar in fruit, and if you look at glycemic index (rating of insulin spike, with 100 being pure glucose), it's only 19! That's way low, and diabetics should be using fructose or stevia to minimize raising blood sugar.

Question 4

Does the Unflavored one still have stevia in it?

Accepted Answer

As of 2020, I do not see Stevia listed anywhere as an ingredient. It lists Silica in small print...
