Very smooth. Great tasting. Kids liked it.

This is a pleasant honey, pale in color with a light mild taste. It's ideal for sweetening tea, for example. Also was very good on some buckwheat scones I made. Acacia honey has the reputation of having a lower glycemic index. However, those who favor bolder, more assertive honeys should probably choose a different product.

It's perhaps the most expensive (other than Manuka), but are you and your good health worth it? I've been using this particular honey for many years. Even my client enjoyed it throughout her life - she passed at 103. Delicious and just a little goes a long way.
