High quality kitchen faucet that works well
I bought this to replace a leaking faucet that I didn't know the brand and was unable to get parts for. The install process was simple and well documented in the included instructions. I had the new faucet installed in about 15 minutes, and no leaks. The action of the pull down sprayer is smooth, I like the buttons on the wand, overall it is a high quality faucet from a trusted brand. I'm confident if I ever need a new stem or whatever, I'll be able to get it.I'm very happy with this purchase.

Amazing faucet that looks great and functions even better
We bought this faucet as we had been looking at it for quite a while. If you do some quick shopping around you will find that this thing ranges greatly in price. Most places have it listed for less than MSRP, but Amazon had it listed way way less. I was a bit skeptical, but it was sold by and shipped from Amazon so I felt confident that if there was an issue a return would be pretty simple. When the unit arrived it came in a non-retail type box. The box was your typical brown cardboard with minimal text on the outside of the box. Moen was on it as well as some quick details like the model number and such. The box was sealed with a single layer of tape so I am confident that this came straight from Moen like it was. When we opened the box all things were in plastic and in their respected places. The install was very straightforward. I would rather install a kitchen over a bathroom faucet any day of the week because you do not have to deal with the drain! We replaced a builder grade Moen unit so it was nice that this came with all of the tools to install as we needed one of them to uninstall the old unit that was in place. The install took me about 45 minutes to an hour, but if I had to do it again I am confident that it would not take any longer than 30 minutes. It was a very simple process and the instructions were very easy to follow along.I do have a few complaints with this one that I would normally just try and not think about. First, if you are on the sprayer and you turn off the water most faucets would default back to the regular flow, but this one does not seem to do that. When we turn the unit back on we tend to get a mix like it wants to switch back, but just doesn't quite make it. Second is the material of the pull down spray selector. This unit retails for almost $1000 and for that price I would expect that this thing be all metal. The pull down feels like a chunky piece of plastic. It is sturdy and well built, but does not have the same metal feel like the rest of the unit does. And finally, my biggest gripe here is that this thing runs on batteries out of the box. 6 or 8 of them if I remember correctly. Your hot and cold lines go into a blend unit that then plugs in with a headphone type port up to the handle. There is then a single water line out of this blend unit that lets the water travel up and out into the sink. If the batteries die your faucet dies along with it. Again for this price I feel like the power kit should be something that comes with it. I know not everyone is going to have a plug under their sink depending on their setup, but for the price I feel like it could have been included. Eventually we will break down and spend the $100 to get the power kit that runs off of AC power until your home loses power and then it will switch over to the batteries. All in all I would 100% buy this again and again. We love the unit, but wish that there were a few things that Moen would choose to upgrade / include with the purchase of this unit.

Best Buy for a busy kitchen -Durable and reliable and looks great!
The media could not be loaded. Im a contractor and learned the hard way to stay with well know brands like Moen and Delta etc.So when I had to choose for my home I went with Moen. This is a great faucet its been bullet proof for 3 years its easy to clean and maintenance free. I was torn if the motion sensor upgrade was with it. Let me tell you its 100% worth every penny! We use it non- stop. if your hands are full or dirty it works great if you're sick or anyone is- its a great option. In 3 years I replaced the battery once!Ive installed many facets and this is about the same as any other/ most handy homeowners can handle it, All you'll need is little space for the weight that retracts the sprayer and will have to stick the battery pack to the cabinet wall but its relatively easy. My cabinet is small with a garage disposal (fits fine). As you can see in the video it does slide past the holder when it retract sometimes but no big deal.I'd recommend sticking the battery pack where you can reach it just to keep it simple. One last thing that makes it a "Best Buy" is the power of the nozzle when you flip it to rinse -it just works great for cleaning plates etc. **FYI it returns to the normal faucet flow after you shut off the water. One last thing I appreciate is that if the kids use the hands free motion detector it shuts off automatically after like a minuteGreat investment Buy it!

Excellent Features! Better than my Hansgrohe!
Jan 26, 2024To understand what I love, you need to know about the Hansgrohe. Within 6 months, the hose sprang a leak next to the pull-out hand piece. Over two years, it got worse and worse. The hose was hard to find and not many available. This Moen has features to combat that flex-leaks problem!!!!They do not show it well in the picture, but the hand piece has a metal swivel point to alleviate the stress from bending at the hand piece as you spray around your sink. The spring on top assists the flexibility without inducing wear on the hose. The holder swivels at least 180+ degrees. The swivel on the hand piece allows one to spray a wider area without removing the hose from the holder. There is an extra button besides the toggle for spray and stream. If you press that button, the faucet goes from water-saving to full force. This is perfect for filling large pots (like for spaghetti) or for spraying items with more force.Bit of a draw-back -- all of that force from the faucet, in all modes, does tend to "splashback". So, be careful.Under the sink, the feed for the hose is flexible PVC. That is my only "unhappy" point . . . I shall let you know if that material becomes a failure point. Right now, it does not seem to be stressed in usage.Typos are for the amusement of the reader!

This faucet works well. Looks good too!
I had to buy the Moen Escutcheon plate Model No. 141002CSL to cover the 3 hole in my stainless steel sink.Installation was a cinch. It didn’t work at first because the power input connector is recessed. I didn’t push the connector in far enough.

Flawless and built to last
After trying a cheap $100 Off brand faucet, that leaked from the cartridge and the hoses, I bit the bullet. Got this in gold.Easy to install due to a plastic tool for tightening that comes in the box, saving ungodly frustration and knuckle-skinning.Works exactly as you expect it to. Motion sensor works when the tap is “off” which makes it useful. Doesn’t drip. Not made by complete meatballs.Solid brass.Expensive but recommended.
