This book is perfect for morning affirmations. It really helped me begin the day with a fresh perspective, ready to face the day with a positive frame of mind.

Our days are filled with so many moments. I like to remind myself that some have passed and I have come out the better for it as well as some are in the future and I can do whatever I wish with it- but most importantly- the moment right now is the test of who I am.

Nice positive affirmations, may be a little bit to similar each other. Affirmations are written on a backgrounds with really beautiful graphics with so good patern combination. Sometimes colours give me more energy than affirmations in this booklet.

I have this book in paperback and for convenience, on my Kindle. Each morning I read the day's affirmation. Some of them are so insightful and seem to be exactly what I am feeling or what I need in my life.

Affirmations work! This is lovely little table top book, packed with uplifting affirmations to remind us that we can make changes to how we think and behave every day. Use this book as an exercise in gratitude and to approach each day with a positive attitude. It can be hard work for some to live their lives in the present and be mindful, but this little book is a good start! Louise Hay's products are always uplifting and make you feel good! Delivery and quality excellent, I would highly recommend this book.
