Compares to Knipex
This is a true needle nose pliers. Almost tweezers-like with fine separations on the jaws. There is a spring that keeps the jaws open but it is easily removed if one prefers to manage it themselves.Alignment is good. Grips are hard plastic with a retaining attachment for a drop restraint.A very useful tool.

Precision Pliers
These Engineer pliers are finely machined for precise work. The tips meet just about perfectly, with a pretty even amount of metal on both sides of the pliers. Obviously, they are not for torquing on, but that is not what they are designed for. They are excellent for their intended type of work. I have been very pleased with all of my Engineer pliers.

Good Quality
ENGINEER tools are very high quality and will last if used for their intended purpose. I have several of their Pliers and cutters and like them all. the only complaint i have about the Long Nose Pliers is that the spring will often pop out of one side and if you don't catch it in time you can crush the spring when you close the Pliers. Other than that they are great tools.

Best Needle Nose Pliers I've Owned!
These are the best I've used (including craftsman, kobalt, stanley, etc). The levering action is buttery smooth, the gripping surface is tough and aligns well on both sides and the tip. I love the grip - it just feels perfect in the hand.I use them for fixing/upgrading my RC cars, working on my PC, and for lots of little electronics projects. They're my go-to when a larger wrench or hemostats won't do the job!Overall: These are worth the minor price premium over cheaper options and aren't even playing the same game as the garbage one finds at Harbor Freight. 10/10!

Worth the money...
Snap On was always first choice; these have been worth the money.

Great but
The tools were very well made but I needed the jaw faces to be smooth to avoid marring my work. I ended up sanding them smoother and using an abrasive rubber block to polish. The finish they come with for the flat of the jaw looks black and laser cut it has very fine ridges.

My Favorite
Small, tough pliers with a precise fit. My go-to pair that's always in reach. Great for small parts or working in tight spaces.

Very Impressive!
These pliers are a little more expensive than something you could buy at a local store but, the precision and quality of build is very impressive! I expect to use them for many years.

Does the job
Does the job, ergonomic and good slender pliers for getting pcb jumpers and components removed.
