You're not going to find a better merchant to buy from! I had a question, around the time I was contemplating purchasing one as a Christmas gift...the merchant got back to me pretty much immediately! Also...idk how they do it, but a very quick turn around and they're really pretty!!! They look EXACTLY LIKE the pics! Get you one, you'll love it! The person I bought one for, loved hers & is now using hers for bible study class! She keepd up everything needed for church in the tote & looks stylish at the same time! Ofcourse, pretty much everyone loves a personalized item!
