First bought this mix when visiting Montana. I have only used this mix since. You won't be disappointed!

This mix is the best I have found. When you have leftover pancakes, they freeze perfectly! Super moist

I use to buy this brand at the store but after COVID - it became hard to find so I ordered it here and recieved it. I was making the mixture with my child and noticed a weird and different smell that was not pleasing and did not recognize that smell. Then, the mixture became gummy, & after dipping my finger and tasting it, I noticed I could smell that unpleasant smell after tasting. I was not satisfied. It seemed to me as if it was expired but the date on there did not match. Expire date: 01/22. I want to return it & NO RETURNS ALLOWED .. ugh what a waste of 15$

Just about the best pancakes I have ever made. They rise well, have substance, and taste great.
