When you feel a knot in your back or shoulder muscles use this for accupressure on the spot for 10 to 15 seconds and feel the knot slip away. You can adjust the pressure to fit your need of comfort. You can start firm and relax as the pain drifts away. A good price for a sturdy tool. No bending at all.

If you have muscle tension, buy this.!
Excellent device for reaching those areas you cannot. It really digs into the tissue and releases the knots from my muscles. My husband is in love with it as has replaced him having to give me deep tissue massages all the time. TheTheracane is sturdy and the knobs are comfortable with various size options. I highly recommend.

Well worth the price
Theracane are great for trigger points and muscle cramps. The design is simple and effective, easy to get at back spasms. I had given mine to a friend, so this was a replacement
