This is a kit which has to be assembled like gundam kits. The fingers have some small parts that come apart rather easily so it would be better in the long run to glue the fist parts together to avoid losing them later.You can do this for the three pairs of hands provided. Once done you can interchange hands easily by snapping them into forearm sockets.Apart from this the Eva 01 is a very solid toy much better than the revoltech models out there due to high definition and detail. One thing to keep in mind is that three see through parts need to be removed from the forearms before assembly. Also go easy on the dry decals as there are no extras and it requires patience and cello taping to get right.I goofed up a bit here and had to improvise using the stickers. Some parts like the head, chest plate, and entry plug are meant to be painted using model paint for perfection. More details regarding paint color is in the catalog.For those who want a complete toy and for smaller kids the Bandai Tamashii Nations No. 58 Eva 01 is a much better choice so please check that out too. For those experienced with model kits and who love to build them this is the best kit out there at a great price.

This Eva unit 1 figure is awesome! It looks like how it did in the show, the articulation is the main selling point and it is super good like any good Bandai figure. It is a great model kit for beginners just be careful when cutting out the pieces some of them are easy to break. And I know this because I had to buy her 2 times the first time her arm broke and the chest. But when I got the second one I made sure I was way more careful. If you have a hot glue gun, I kinda recommend it. Because some of the pieces are loose. But the main problem I have with my copy is that the mid body articulation joint is loose. Now there is probably a way to fix that issue but I’m too lazy to figure it out. The stickers are annoying to put on but it’s alright. From my experience I did not experience any major issues just annoying ones. I would recommend it too beginners who don’t have like a ton of money and just getting start with building model kits. 10/10 I will buy more of the Eva unit figures from bandai! THIS FIGURE IS ALSO REALLY SMALL PARTS WHICH ARE SUPER EASY TO LOSE!

I'm a pretty big Evangelion fan, and jumped right on this when I saw it. The rubber-encased elbow joints were a really nice touch, but there's something that should probably be listed in it's description, though. This is NOT a pre-built figure. You need to cut each piece from the runners and put it together. You also need to apply small details on your own. I didn't mind because I enjoy building models. If you've never had any experience with building models or figures, this isn't for you. It also has one small problem, which isn't a deal-breaker, but should be mentioned. One of the ball joints in the upper torso pops off from time to time. Also, if you plan to pose it with its arms out in front of it, especially with something in its hands, the previously mentioned joint will cause it to slowly lower the upper torso due to gravity and the bad connection. You'll also want to glue the hands together, because they like to come apart. That being said, I still think it's a great product overall.

La verdad lo recomiendo, es muy divertido de armar y el resultado final es genial. Esta es la versión de la película 1.0. Aunque hay algunos detalles en la imágenes que no corresponden con el resultado final diría que es un 95% final en comparación con la imágenes de internet. Tiene un buen tamaño y viene con un buen set de manos para que pueda posar como tú quieras

I started out building Gundam models and was looking for something new and different. I saw a bunch of different types of evangelion kits online. After a little research I settled on the Bandai brand due to previous experience with gundam kits and reviews i saw online, and Bandai just knows how to make a great model kit with a few down sides.To start off this is a model kit that requires assembly. All parts come on plastic runners and requires a pair of snips to detach parts. With this kit you get decals and stickers that you will have to add to the figure, but that's part of the fun for me. If you want to go into further detail in the instructions there is a section that lays out the color design and the types of paint to buy (paint not included). You also get in the kit a AT field (AbsoluteTerror), Gatling gun (super cool), Pallet rifle, Progressive knife, Entry plug, Umbilical cable, 6 hands, and what I guess is progressive knife, that is supposed to go into the shoulder armor.The positives of this model is the super sick articulation you get from the model. I mean almost any pose you can think of or and pose you are trying to recreate from the movies you can do with this model. the details in the weaponry like the Gatling gun is awesome the barrels spin on the gun too. The details in the figure it self are awesome too like arms covered in rubber to cover the elbow joints for a seamless feel is pretty cool. The colors scheme of the figure out of the box is pretty nice. The instructions are easy to follow even though they are in Japanese. The finish product looks really nice over all.The downside of the model kit are few in my opinion . Each hand is made of three pieces which come apart all the time. The ball joints in the arms aren't strong enough to hold the Gatling gun on it's own. The stickers on the horn and on the knuckles look kind of cheap. With extra painting to this model it could be awesome.Over all I'm super happy with the model kit. If it wasn't for the poor hand design and stickers it would have received a 5 star rating. I recommend the model to any one that's a fan or anyone who want to have a great model with great articulation.
