High quality
Most of the Christmas village homes are cheap and very low quality, but not this one. It's beautiful, we love it.

Expected better
Ordered dec4. Said delivery around dec12. Got an update that the price dropped to $34. Replied that I still hadn't received it and would like a refund from the $54 I payed. Within hours the new delivery would be the 16th. Got on line and price went up $7 in 12 hours. NOT normal for Prime customers, plus when removing the plastic covering one of the dogs fell off. Lemax is known for better work.

Missing Part
This is adorable and just as pictured EXCEPT the light accessory is missing. I believe I received an item that had been returned since the inside styrofoam was dirty as well. Luckily, I have an extra light accessory so I am keeping it. Not happy that a piece was missing though. I would have given it five stars if a piece (light accessory) hadn't been missing.

Poor quality
The media could not be loaded. Didn’t include the light and also the painting on this is awful! I always love how detailed Lemax Villages are but the paint has lines in it and the snow on the roof isn’t all painted. The paint runs into each other. Very disappointing and will be returning.

It is cute but did not come with lighting, as the other buildings in my Lemax village have.

Unfortunately the lodge had some misprinted red ink on the main sign and some cracks, so we had to return it.
