Arrived with an air leak
Purchased for a beginner who is going to be starting flute lessons in September, and it is useless. Although the item arrived well packaged and in good condition, one of the keys already has an air leak. Due to this, you cannot play the note 'F'. Of course, I could take it into a shop and spend even more money on getting it fix, but why would I do that when I would be better off taking a refund and going to a professional music shop to buy a decent instrument.The upset is my own fault for trying to get a flute at a bargain price. Well, you get what you pay for, and I would certainly not be recommending this product to anyone else.

great little instrument. Until it wasn't.
This was a great little instrument. Until it wasn't. My child took decent care of it yet after 5 months, a button broke and it is unplayable now. A waste of £45. I will buy a more expensive one this time so I don't just throw good money after bad.
